***************************************************************

The CZW crowd is hot, brandishing signs and cheering loudly as another episode of Overdrive begins, streaming exclusively on CZW.com! We flash past several signs:

'Light Kerosene Up!'

'Clown, Killer, Saint!'

'Brian Blaze is in my basement!'

Jarred Daniels and William Masters head to the booth and the lovely Jessica Towers heads to the ring and we begin this edition of CZW OVERDRIVE!!

***

-=CZW DEBUT vs. CZW RETURN!=-
Sebastian Lee vs. "The Flagship Player" Dusty Davis

***

Sebastian Lee awaited the arrival of the Flagship Player in the ring mouthing at the fans. After a few moments the fans erupted as 'Like a Dead Pixels' hit the PA. The cheers were thunderous as Dusty Davis ran down the ramp slap hands with all his fans who were holding theirs out for him to reach. He makes two laps around the ring continue the hand slapping. He finally rolls into the ring and runs up to Sebastian with a loud 'WOOO!' Sebastian tells the ref to hold him back and Dusty smiles before rolling out of the ring and taking two more laps around it. Sebastian finally getting impatient rolls out and clotheslines the running Dusty Davis. He throws him in the ring and follows.

The bell finally rings and even though Dusty is a little dazed from the clothesline...he easily shakes it off and finds his rhythm in the ring. The ring rust is slightly obvious but Dusty still manages to make it look like he hasn't lost a step. Dusty goes for a tackle that Sebastian easily sidesteps and is finally able to take back the offensive. With a flurry of blows, Dusty's head begins rocking. Quick DDT and Sebastian goes for a pin only getting a 2 before Dusty kicks out showing he's still in this. Sebastian gets in the face of the referee telling him he counts too slow. Dusty goes for a roll up but only gets a 1 count. Both men get to their feet and begin trading fierce blows. The ref tries to get in the middle and break them up only to be leveled by a well placed right by Sebastian. The two men continue unloading into one another not even taking time to check on the downed ref.

Barry Cronette quickly slides in the ring with a chair and goes to blast Dusty from behind...but Dusty ducks just in time causing the chair to crash into Sebastian's skull instead. Sebastian falls into a heap and rolls outside the ring as Dusty turns around and sees Barry still holding the chair. Barry throws the chair and rushes out of the ring with Dusty close at his heels. Sebastian still lies unmoving outside the ring and Dusty disappears backstage giving chase to Barry. The ref finally gets up and sees the dented chair...he sees the downed Sebastian and no Dusty Davis and rules the match a no contest.

***

As the bell rings, 'Tear Away' hits the airwaves as a sea of boos fills the arena. The Brothers of Misery step from the back carrying a desk. Morrigan is seen rolling an office chair behind them. They set the desk up to the left of the entryway as two other men are seen carrying a couch out and sets it up beside the desk.

Daniels: Well...we know what that music and that gruesome trio means...but who are these other two guys with them?

Masters: I couldn't tell you Jarred, but I have a feeling the 'real' boss around here will be enlightening us in only a few moments. When he talks...you better listen Jarred...or you may just find yourself seeking new employment.

Daniels: William, I'm fully aware of who my bosses are...and TJ Hix is not one of them.

Masters: I'm telling ya, you'd better watch it.

Daniels: And I'm telling you....

The commentator mics cut out as TJ Hix emerges from the back with Allescha McVay by his side as always...carrying her clipboard. Hix grins as the boos continue filling the arena. He waves and blows kisses to the crowd before walking over and taking his seat behind his desk. Allescha sits on the couch jotting something down on her paper as the Brothers of Misery w/ Morrigan and the two new men take post by the entryway.

Hix: Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the brand new edition of 'Who's The Fuckin Boss' Show. Now, if you're wondering why our friends Jarred Daniels and William Masters is being so quiet...well...Masters was doin fine...but unfortunately Daniels is horrible on the mic...so to do away with the interference...I just had the sound crew shut off their mics till I got through out here.

Allescha hands TJ her clipboard. He looks it over with a grin.

Hix: As you all know...it is a new era in the CZW...an era where I refuse to be their puppet anymore...and hopefully some others get this message as well. Speaking of...heh...looks like a struck a nerve with our good ole Mississippi boy Buck Evans. But that's quite alright...I'm good at getting under the skin of people...it's what I excel at...oh...and for the record...perhaps your dumber than I thought Buck...but perhaps you missed the multiple champion part...or perhaps you missed the bloodthirsty lions and pit of spikes part of my talk a couple of days ago...there's nothing you have done that I haven't done...or done better than you. Lucky for you though...you get an up close and personal view of what I can do here in a bit.

Hix just has an evil glare in his eyes.

Hix: Now anyway...where are my manners. Allow me to introduce you to a couple more of my associates...they really helped me out with those two punk college kids the other night. The big guy is Deacon Cain...and his fake English partner there with the fezzy wig...is Thomas Pain...author extraordinaire of the '1001 Ways to Destroy Someone in the Ring.' I helped him write it. Anyway...now how bout that match we just had. Dusty FN Davis. I think the guy has a few more screws lose than he's lettin be known...as for Sebastian...kid...you need go back to Jersey Shore. I'm glad they kept that match short. Oh and a quick medical update...Tim Timmons, Cage Stryker, and Sirena Starr are cleared to compete...so no worries...your...'heroes' are still here...but...allow me to bring my first guest of the night out. Some of you all may know him...he had a brief tenure in CZW a few years back. Anyway...let's hear it for...PETER PIMPER!!!

'Big Pimpin' begins to play as a scrawny white geek steps from the back wearing a referee shirt with a leather jacket over it. Hix shakes his hand as he takes a seat by Allescha.

Hix: Congratulations Peter...how's it feel to be the first guest and this monumental new edition of my show.

Pimper: Oh...it's a dream come true Boss. It is an absolute honor to be in the presence of a man of your greatness. Permission to bow and bask in your glory sir?

Hix: I don't know...I kinda have a match here in a bit...ah what the hell...bask in my glory.

Peter jumps up and begins bowing to Hix.

Hix: Alright...I think that's plenty. So Peter...tell the CZW universe a little about yourself.

Pimper: Well...there's not much to tell. I'm a certified genius whose a freelance photographer on the side. I go around and take pictures of elusive masked El Pablos.

Hix: Hm...sounds like you lead a...ummm...interesting life. How's Carrie Jean?

Pimper: She's good...her and I are actually talkin marriage.

Hix: For as long you've all been together...it's about damn time. Now see CZW...I'm not such a bad guy...I just don't give a shit about anything but me. Now...Mr. Pimper...as of next Overdrive...he will be my own personal...official referee. They're ain't a damn one in the back that can match his ability...and this bullshit call the ref for this past match made...Pimper don't do that shit...it was blatantly obvious that Dusty used the chair on Sebastian. Peter would have awarded the match to Sebastian and not thrown it out. Sebastian was cheated...but why not...they can't allow Dusty to look bad...so instead they make Sebastian look like a little bitch.

Pimper: It'll be an honor to work for you Boss.

Hix: Of course it is...these men and women out here with me...first thing they do every morning when they wake up...is look to the heavens and thank the almighty Lord...or whoever the hell they worship...for the blessing of being affiliated with The FN Boss TJ Hix.

Allescha looks to Hix and nods.

Pimper: I will not let you down sir.

Hix: Let's hope you don't. Big round of applause for Peter Pimper.

The fans continue to boo.

Hix: See, they love you already. Now...without further adieu...my guest of honor...HIGH DEFINITION...CAGE STRYKER!!

'Pretender' and the Brothers and Pain and Cain tighten up. Cage explodes from the back smashing Cain and Pain with a sledgehammer before charging the Brothers and slamming them as well. Finally he turns his attention to TJ and points the sledgehammer at Hix who just grins. Cage starts running toward Hix...who doesn't move. Peter finally jumps up in Cage's path only to get nailed with the sledgehammer as well...but it caused enough distraction for TJ and Allescha to get by a distracted Cage and disappear to the back. Cage picks up TJ's mic.

Stryker: You listen...and you listen good TJ!! I never expected you to be on my side...I've never expected you to be my ally!! That's not you...it never has been you...the only person I've ever seen you stand up for is Matt. But you know what...that's fine!! I don't care!! There's a couple of things that I really...really care for...and that's my fans that make me wanna come out here every week...my friends I have here...but the thing that means the most to me...is my beloved wife. That's where you've messed up. I can deal with you beating the hell out of Tim Timmons...but he didn't deserve it...and it was all over ancient history that you just won't let go of. The Whole Damn Show is dead TJ...and it has been for a long time. It did alright here...but it had nothing to do with you being in it...just too many egos made it implode. And beating the hell out of me...it's not the first time...and I'm sure it won't be the last time that you beat the hell out of me. So no...that didn't even bother me...but then...then you took it too far. Sirena was an innocent in that...she wasn't even ringside...and she had just lost a hellacious match shortly before hand...but you decided to involve her anyway...you dared lay a hand on her. That...TJ...is unforgivable...and I will make you pay for that...I will make you suffer like I did watching that tape. Consider this me sending you a message.

Cage slams down the mic before taking the sledgehammer and splintering the desk and pummeling the couch...and completely destroying the entire Boss set.

-=KING OF COMBAT QUARTER-FINALS!=-
"Outlaw" Buck Evans vs. "The Boss" TJ Hix

***

[The crowd on hand for CZW Overdrive in Philadelphia at Blue Horizon is on its feet. They have just been electrified by not only a new exciting superstar in Sebastian Lee, but the return of a CZW favorite in “The Flagship Player” Dusty Davis. The ruckus throughout those in attendance remains at full strength as “100% Cowboy” by Jason Meadows begins to play throughout the building on its sub-par P.A. system. The sweet, feminine voice of Jessica Towers rings out from behind the music, but is fully audible…]

::Jessica Towers:: “Ladies and Gentlemen, now making his way to the ring, he is 6’7”, weighing in at 285 pounds; hailing from Algoma, Mississippi…BUCK “THE OUTLAW” EVANS!!!!!!

[The crowd gives sort of a mixed reaction to Buck as he makes his way down the entrance ramp. He seems to acknowledge that he will be the less-hated of the two fighters in this bout, raising his beer to the crowd in some sort of a half-hearted, appreciative toast. It isn’t often that he gets to play this role, but Buck fully understands that not only T.J. Hix hated more than himself, but that this very fact could work in his favor. The toast to the crowd seems to be his only gesture on entry, as he finishes his beer on the side of the ring, and then proceeds to throw the empty can at ringside commentator, Jarred Daniels…]

::Jarred Daniels:: “Great to see that Buck is his same old pleasant self tonight..”

::William Masters:: “The man, in my mind, is a genius hidden under a sort-of rough shell. He is a master manipulator of all sorts of personalities.”

::Jarred Daniels:: “I could be wrong, but I’m fairly certain that you’re giving him a tad too much credit, Masters”.

::William Masters:: “Oh for God’s sake, Jarred; clean the beer droplets off of your khakis and grow a pair.”

[Buck Evans walks up the stairs and enters the ring by stepping quite easily over the top rope. He goes and props himself up in the opposite-corner turnbuckle as his entrance music fades away and gives way to a different tune. The ominous intro guitars to “Tear Away” by Drowning Pool begin to play loudly throughout the building as Jessica Towers’ voice is once again introduced through the P.A. system…]

::Jessica Towers:: “Now making the way to his ring, standing at 6 feet and weighing in at 220 pounds, from Brooklyn, NY; “The F’n Boss” T.J. HIX!!”

[The crowd now boos considerably more as the more hated adversary of the two men makes his way to the ring. He wears sort of a sinister grin on his face as he makes his way down the entry ramp and to the ring, casting grotesque stares at members of the crowd the whole way down the ramp. You can tell that he feels he is above not only these people and this contest, but this entire event itself. After spending enough energy dealing with the crowd on the way to the ring, Hix casts the same look of disgust in the ring at his opponent, Buck Evans. Buck takes the typical hillbilly-highroad; he motions for Hix to get in the ring, mouthing quite a few expletives simultaneously. Hix slowly climbs into the ring, entering between the ropes. Evans is still verbally assaulting the much-smaller Hix as ‘The F’n Boss’ makes himself comfortable in the ring. Finally, it appears as though Hix has had enough of Evans, as he turns around and gives Evans a classic Brooklyn ‘dual-finger’ salute. An infuriated Buck Evans lunges at Hix, but head CZW referee Darrin Powers stops Evans before he can reach Hix, and the bell has not yet been rung to begin the match. Powers orders both men to opposite corners of the ring, and as soon as they oblige his request, he motions for Jessica Towers to ring the bell as the match gets underway…]

::Jarred Daniels:: “Well Masters, I have a feeling this is going to be one epic battle. Not only are these two men hated, it appears that they hate each other in a comparable manner as we all hate them.”

::William Masters:: “Speak for yourself, Daniels. I thoroughly enjoy both of these fighters. I do have to admit though; the fan in me is rooting for ‘The F’n Boss’ T.J. Hix.”

::Jarred Daniels:: “Personally, I believe Buck Evans will be the competitor advancing to the next round of the CZW ‘King of Combat’ tournament, but only time will tell!!”

[The two men walk to the center of the ring and spend a moment looking each other over. Buck makes an apparent gesture regarding the height difference between himself and Hix, laughing shortly thereafter. Hix, none too pleased, then shoves Evans hard in the chest, knocking him back 3 or 4 feet, almost into the ropes..]

::Jarred Daniels:: “It seems as though my theory is right; these guys DO hate each other!!”

[Buck comes back at Hix, clearly upset. He goes for a brisk fist to the face of T.J. Hix, but the ‘F’n Boss’ is more than prepared, grabbing Buck’s fist and putting him in a quick reverse wristlock. Buck is clearly in pain, but it’s going to take a lot more than a wristlock to finish off the liquored-up redneck. Buck manages to rotate his arm out of the reverse wristlock, and counters with a standing sleeper hold on T.J. Hix. Evans maneuvers Hix carefully closer to the corner turnbuckle. He releases Hix from the chokehold. He then grabs the right arm of Hix, turns him around, and hits Hix with a short-arm clothesline, leaving T.J. Hix momentarily dazes , slumped over in the turnbuckle. While Hix is dazed, Buck mounts the middle rope, leaving his torso situated above the head of T.J. Hix. Evans motions to the crowd with his arms in an attempt to get them to count while he hits at temporarily dreaming T.J. Hix with closed fists…]

[All of the sudden, T.J. Hix awakens from his momentary slumber, just before Evans can connect with the eighth close-fisted punch to his head. As Evans prepares to make that connection, Hix grabs his hand, stopping it before it can connect.. .]

::William Masters:: “You’ve got to love Hix showing his resilience here; showing exactly why he is ‘The F’N Boss’. I can’t believe he stopped the seemingly more powerful Evans before he could connect with numbers 8, 9, and 10.”

[Hix then brings his knee up to the inner thigh of Buck Evans, knocking him off of the middle rope. Evans falls clumsily to the mat, giving Hix an opportunity to attack while Evans is down, and attack he does. Hix immediately mounts the back of Buck Evans and puts him in the Cobra Clutch!! Buck is in apparent pain as he does all he can to counter the clutch and somehow break free, but ‘The F’n Boss’ has the hold in tight. Buck then decides that instead of breaking loose, he needs to get his body to the ropes. Little by little, using all of the power he can muster, Evans scoots the pair to the ropes. He then breaks his right arm free and grabs the bottom rope in desperation!! Darrin Powers immediately breaks the hold and orders T.J. Hix to back off as Buck slowly collects himself and is able to stand. Buck is now sweating profusely, staring down a cool, calm, and collected T.J. Hix, who stands ready and waiting for him at the center of the ring…]

::Jarred Daniels:: “Buck Evans should be thankful for the ropes being situated so closely. Even though T.J. Hix isn’t known as a big submission threat, he will make opponents pay in any way possible if given the opportunity. Buck needs to be perfect if he expects to make it to the next round of the ‘King of Combat’ tourney unscathed.”

[Buck now moves slowly towards a waiting T.J. Hix., as they each raise their hands to enter into a grapple position. After a short struggle for power, Buck hits T.J. with a couple of quick knees to the abdomen, causing Hix to buckle over a bit in pain. Evans then grabs the left arm of T.J. Hix and throws him into the turnbuckle. Hix bounces off and Buck hits him with a MASSIVE boot to the face upon his return. With that, Hix hits the mat hard. Evans moves in quickly to go for the pin as the crowd goes wild..]

KICK OUT!!

[“TWWWWWWOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!”, is heard throughout the arena as Buck backs off of Hix..]

::Willam Masters:: “Try to keep your panties on over there, Daniels. There’s no way Buck was ending this match right there with a boot.”

[Adrenaline apparently kicks in for Hix as he jumps up off of the mat and goes in for an attack on Buck, but Evans is prepared, hitting T.J. Hix with a quick kick to the midsection, buckling Hix over and putting him in a perfect position for a POWERBOMB!! The crowd cheers loudly as ‘The F’n Boss’ is returned to the mat. Buck runs into the ropes, ‘slingshotting’ his way back towards a still-incapacitated T.J. Hix. As he approaches Hix, Buck hits him with a baseball slide directly to the face!! Shortly thereafter, the mat is stained by blood from a cut opened above the eye of T.J. Hix, apparently due to the baseball slide to the face provided to him by ‘The Outlaw’…]

::Jarred Daniels:: “That is one NASTY cut over the eye of ‘The F’n Boss’. It will be interesting to see how, if at all, this affects him”.

::William Masters:: “I’m fairly certain that it won’t, Daniels. Once again, this is ‘The F’n Boss’.”

[Buck Evans now stands at center ring, boasting to the crowd, thinking that his opponent is permanently incapacitated. However, unbeknownst to Evans, Hix has slowly brought himself up off of the mat. Hix stumbles slowly in Buck’s direction. Just as ‘The Outlaw’ notices something is array and decides to turn around, he is met with an elbow to the face from T.J. Hix, knocking him into the turnbuckle!! Hix then uses all of his energy to hit Buck with a standing dropkick, dropping Buck Evans to a sitting position in the corner of the ring. Hix moves in the direction of Evans, who is still incapacitated in the corner of the ring. Slowly but surely, Hix moves Buck from a sitting position on the mat to a sitting position on the top rope. ‘The F’n Boss’ then climbs to the middle turnbuckle himself. The crowd begins to grow louder in volume as they anticipate what is coming next. Hix tosses Buck’s right arm over his own shoulders, lifts the much larger ‘Outlaw’ up, and hits him with a vertical suplex off of the top rope!! The crowd goes insane as the impact is felt throughout the building!!!!]

::William Masters:: “Now THAT is how you end a match, Daniels; take note!!”

::Jarred Daniels:: “Don’t count T.J.’s chicks before they hatch, Masters.”

[The crowd is now chanting for Buck Evans as T.J. Hix goes in for the pin. Though Buck is generally hated by the CZW fan base, it is and has been clear that they have a more than slight preference for him when compared to T.J. Hix. Hix covers, as lead referee Darrin Powers slides in near the pair at center ring to count it out…]

::CROWD:: “TWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!”

::William Masters:: “Oh my God!! How did that redneck son-of-a-bitch get out of that one?”

::Jarred Daniels:: “You can never count out the original ‘Outlaw’, Masters. If anyone here knows about chicks hatching, it’s him!!”

[A visibly pissed T.J. Hix pulls Buck Evans off of the mat by his hair, bringing him to a standing position at the center of the ring. As the arena cheers loudly for Buck Evans, Hix grabs Evans around the neck, while spitting towards some ringside seats to show his disgust of the patrons..]

::William Masters:: “Hix is tired of playing!! Here comes the Chokeslam!!”

[Hix applies force, trying to lift the larger man in Buck Evans off of the mat by his neck, but Buck musters up enough energy to counter!! He kicks Hix in the midsection, buckling him over and then brings him into position for the MISSISSIPPI TWISTER!!!!!!]

::Jarred Daniels:: “Clear the trailer park, everybody; HERE COMES A TWISTER!!”

-=A RIVALRY REBORN!=-
Jacob Havok vs "American Gaijin" Mike Monroe

***

“Sorry You’re Not A Winner” plays and Jacob Havok slowly makes his way to the ring to a strong, negative reaction from the crowd. He eyes them disdainfully, but continues to steadily make his way down the aisle, rolling in under the bottom rope, pulling himself into the corner, seated and reclining against the buckle with his arms casually draped on the middle ropes, his attention focused back on the entranceway.

“Into the Dark” blares through the PA and Mike Monroe walks through the curtain. The crowd cheers him loudly as he pats the CZW X Division championship with a broad grin, taking his time on his way to the ring to interact with the fans along the way. Monroe heads up the steps and leapfrogs the top rope, handing the strap to the referee as Havok stands, removing his jacket and tossing it to the ring attendant outside. Monroe and Havok slowly move to the center of the ring, engaging in a fierce stare-down, their history well-known to anyone who knows anything about CZW.

*DING! DING!*

The bell rings like the first shot fired on the battlefield, and Monroe and Havok react accordingly. Fists begin to fly as each man begins to pummel the other with no regard to his own safety. Havok begins to get the upper hand, catching Monroe with a fierce elbow to the temple that drops him to a knee, but Monroe only plows into Havok with a double-leg takedown, and the two only continue to punch and flail at each other on the mat. The referee tries to pull them apart, but only ends up being shoved back onto his ass by both Havok AND Monroe, marking the first time that they’ve worked together on anything in years.

Seizing the opportunity, Havok jabs Monroe into the eye, dazing him long enough to take control of the fight with a fierce palm-strike to the chest that knocks Monroe straight to the mat. Havok remains on the offensive, keeping Monroe grounded with a series of kicks and stomps, working the champion over as the crowd jeers. The jeers only increase when Havok takes the time to raise his hands triumphantly, glaring at the fans in defiance.

Havok picks Monroe up and rams his head into the top turnbuckle, then begins to lay into him with a series of knife-edge chops. Havok whips Monroe to the other side and follows him in with a dropkick to the chest! The buckle predictably gives very little ground, and Monroe collapses to a seated position, the wind seemingly knocked from his body. Havok drags him out from the corner and connects with a standing moonsault! Jacob hooks the leg for the pin!

Havok immediately grabs Mike by the hair and lays into him with closed fists to the face, connecting with about 6 before the referee pulls him off, warning him (and reminding him) that he can and will be disqualified now. Havok glares at the ref, but returns his attention to Monroe, just in time to eat Mike’s foot as Monroe piston-kicks Havok, knocking him back!

Both men slowly get to their feet. Havok is a little quicker, and he rushes Monroe, but Mike hits a quick front-dropkick, dropping Havok to the mat!

Mike gets back up as does Havok, but Monroe is now in control, opening up on Havok with a flurry of elbows, knees, punches and kicks, the crowd cheering louder after each successive blow! Mike hits the far side and BLASTS Havok with a Busaiku knee kick!! Havok’s lights are out!! Monroe makes the cover!!

Monroe grits his teeth but picks Havok up, whipping him to the corner. He rushes in for a lariat, but Havok counters, ducking and launching Mike over the top rope! Monroe lands on the apron, but Havok instantly connects with an ENZIGUIRI!! Monroe falls to the floor!! Havok gets a sinister look in his eye and rolls out after Mike. He pulls Monroe to his feet and whips him HARD into the RING STEPS!!

*CRUUUUNCH!!*

Monroe grits his teeth in pain from the impact and Havok continues to stalk him, pulling him up and throwing him into the guard-rail! Havok hits another palm-strike and Monroe flips OVER the rail and into the crowd!!

The fans nearby are all pushed back by security as Monroe begins to slowly pick himself up amongst the chairs, but the crowd roars loudly as Havok is back in the ring, ascending the turnbuckle!!

FLYING SOMERSAULT INTO THE FRONT ROW BY JACOB HAVOK!!! BOTH MEN CRASH AMONGST THE STEEL CHAIRS IN THE AUDIENCE!!

The obligatory ‘HOLY SHIT!’ chants break out amongst the crowd as Havok slowly begins to pull himself out of the wreckage, dragging Mike with him, tossing him back over the railing. He limps slightly, climbing over the rail himself and rolls Mike back into the ring, the two of them narrowly beating the 10-count. Havok, looking pretty hurt himself after that move, makes a casual cover, counting with the referee!

Havok is in shock! Mike barely gets the shoulder up before the three count! Havok, furious, heads to the corner, climbing up with his back to Monroe. He FLIES with a picture perfect MOONSAULT!! Perfect except for the landing, rather, as Monroe is nowhere to be found!! Mike rolls out of the way and Havok crashes and burns! Monroe rolls to the apron as Havok tries to pull himself to his feet. With gritted teeth, Monroe pulls himself up, springing from the apron, spinning, springing off the top rope and flying at Havok with the SHOCK TRAUMA!! 720 DDT!!

HAVOK REVERSES IT, DRIVING MONROE TO THE MAT WITH A SIDE-EFFECT!!

The crowd resounds with a loud CZW chant as Havok slowly begins to stir. Monroe lies motionless on the mat as Havok stands over him, punch-drunk (don’t worry, that isn’t in violation of sXe) but still focused on his opponent. He sits Monroe up and puts in a hammer-lock, locking in the PAIN BARRIER!! Monroe is in a bad spot as Havok locks in the dragon-sleeper, but he bridges up from the ground, striking Havok with a pair of knees to the face, breaking the hold before having it locked in for too long!

Havok staggers but advances on Mike yet again, only to be caught off-guard with a DEVASTATING and unexpected move that Monroe calls ‘TOE-TAGGED!!’ Mike exhaustedly makes the cover!!

NO!! The ref is calling for the bell!!

*DING-DING-DING!*

Towers: “Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the match, MIKE MONROE!!”

Havok looks confused, obviously feeling that he beat the count, and it was indeed very close! The referee’s decision stands, however and he raises Mike’s hand in victory!! Mike stands, raising his arms in triumph, but Havok turns him around, glaring at him. The fans expect the fight to continue, but instead, Havok grabs the X-Division belt from the referee and, somewhat aggressively, gives it to Monroe, slapping the belt one more time before leaving the ring. Monroe seems a little put-off, but continues to celebrate his hard-fought win. Havok regards the crowd once more over his shoulder before walking through the curtain.

We cut backstage to Buck Evans, who has a bloodied and beaten Daniel Cain on the ground in front of him. Buck is covered in Cain’s blood and has a sadistic smile on his face.

Buck: This is what happens when you fuck with me. Now, I’m proud of this sumbitch, he did very good last show, comin after me durin my match. But he’s still got a lot to learn about workin here in CZW. He’s gotta learn that he’s never safe. As long as he’s around a co-worker he’s in danger. Even if it’s someone you trust, you can’t assume you’re ok. This is the lesson for tonight Cain. By the time I get done with you DC, you’ll be a seasoned vet, or dead. Let’s hope for the latter.

-=KING OF COMBAT QUARTER-FINALS!=-
"The Straight-Edge Curse" Ryan Shane vs Eiji Naginata

***

Daniels: "We continue our night with more King Of Combat action, this time between Ryan Shane and Eiji Naginta"

Masters: "Am I the only person to realise that the winner of this is crowned the KOC Champion.. Sounds a bit gay, being the champ of cock.."

Daniels: "Ever insightful William..."

-The camera flashes across the cheering fans in the front row before spinning to show the ever beautiful Jessica Towers-

Towers: "The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is first round action in the King Of Combat tournament!! Introducing first..."

-"King of Monsters" hits the PA-

Towers: "From Tacoma, Washington.. Weighing in at 208lbs... EIJI NAGINTA!!!"

-Eiji explodes through the curtain to a huuuuuuge reaction. He walks with purpose, almost charging the ring and sliding under the ropes-

Daniels: "Eiji looks fired up for this one"

Masters: "Well the winner gets the World Title. You expect him to not care?"

Towers: "And his opponent..."

-"The Sound of Truth" replaces the fade out of Eiji's theme-

Towers: "From Niagra Falls, Ontario, Canada.. Weighing in at 235lbs... The Straight Edge Curse... RYAN SHANE!!!"

-The heat is immense, but there is no Shane. The music fades down and restarts-

Daniels: "We're experiencing a delay here folks... Ryan Shane is yet to appear for this match"

Masters: "Let's face it. He's stayed quiet all week. Probably too drunk and high to care"

Daniels: "Ryan is Straight Edge.. That means he doesn't drink or do drugs"

Masters: "Yeah yeah... That's what all the young scalliwags say"

-Finally someone emerges through the curtain.... But instead of Shane it's a CZW road agent. He whispers something to Jessica-

Towers: "Ladies and Gentlemen.. I have just been informed that Ryan Shane has not arrived in the building. Therefore, your winner via no-show... EIJI NAGINTA!!!"

-That is met by huge heat. A "Fuck Ryan Shane" chant breaks out from the CZW faithful-

Daniels: "Ryan Shane blowing off a big chance here, and the fans are vocal about their opinions"

Masters: "I've no idea why they waste their breath. If the lad can't man-up then he doesn't deserve to call himself a Combat Zone Wrestler. He should go back to playschool and his Lego"

Daniels: "Well, Eiji Naginta has a bye-of-sorts here. The next round won't be so easy for him though"

-=MAIN EVENT=-
King of Combat Quarter-Finals!
"Mr. Entertainment" Brian Blaze vs "Aerial Specialist" Krimzon Blaze

***

Daniels: It's Main Event time here in Philadelphia as the King of Combat Quarter Finals continue with some Blazing Action.

Masters: God, I hate working with you so much. Regardless you are correct Krimzon Blaze is going to go toe to toe with Brian Blaze is Brian Blaze is even goign to show up.

Daniels: The Sleazy one has been missing recently passing up an X Division Title match to continue his missing routine. Krimzon Blaze is of course ready to grab that brass ring and this is his chance to move that much close to a World Heavyweight Title opportunity as we go to Jessica Towers.

Jessica: The following contest is your main event and is a King of Combat Quarter Finals match up!

A Cut Above by Avery Watts begins to play through the sound system as the fans are on their feet as Krimzon Blaze makes his way from the back. The fans are going crazy and Krimzon is making his way tot he ring trying to high five and acknowledge as many fans as possible before he slides into the ring and jumps on the second turnbuckle posing for the crowd.

Jessica: Introducing first, he is from Detroit Michigan. He is The Aerial Specialist Krimzon Blaze!

The fans continue to cheer loudly as Krimzon is posing for them then gets focused as he looks towards the entrance way. Let Me Entertain You by Robbie Williams starts up and is then abruptly cut off. Krimzon raises his hands in the air wondering what the hell i s going on as the fans are booing fearing another Brian Blaze no show. Just then Sexy Results by Death From Above 1979 begins to play. The fans then begin to cheer loudly as Brian Blaze is standing in the entrance way with his hair clicked back his mustache properly groomed and his purple tights on. You can see Brian mouthing the words I wasn't going to miss this one as he just runs right for the ring.

Jessica: His opponent, from Toronto, Ontario Canada. He is Mr. Entertainment Brian Blaze!

Masters: Well look what the sleaze threw up.

Daniels: Krimzon is seemingly more satisfied that Brian has showed up than the crowd is.

Brian is on the second rope rubbing his hands up and down his chest as he jumps off and does a one eighty to look directly at Krimzon Blaze. Krimzon simply rubs his hands together as Jessica leaves the ring.

Daniels: Here we go. Brian Blaze is back in a CZW ring the bell has rung and we are under way as both men circle the ring. Brian then stops and extends his hand as a sign of good faith and Krimzon accepts!

Masters: Brian Blaze is a man who has been willing to do anything to score a victory Krimzon needs to be at the top of his game.

Daniels: Brian with a rare size and power advantage as Krimzon is moving quick around the ring. The two lock up and Krimzon turns it quickly into a school boy roll up but Brian kicks out before the referee even gets to a one count. Brian then hits Krimzon with some fore arms to the head as he whips him to the ropes. Krimzon then jumps and springboards off the second ropes and does a moonsault but Brian moves out of the way. Krimzon lands on his feet as Brian goes for a super kick but Krimzon catches his foot. Krimzon then spins Brian around and goes for a closeline but Brian ducks. Krimzon is standing with his back to Brian as he goes for the Pele kick and Brian side steps. Krimzon hits the mat as Brian goes for a quick cover but Krimzon kicks out before the referee makes it to a one and now both men are up and it appears to be a stand off.

Masters: Brian Blaze is showing there is no ring rust and Krimzon is putting on a show as always. I don't like either of these guys but this match might be worth it.

Daniels: Well here we go again as the two men are circling the ring sizing each other up as the go for a tie up and Brian hits a big knee right to the midsection of Krimzon. He then follows that up with a clubbing blow to KB's back as Krimzon felt that one. Brian then takes KB and whips him into the corner. Brian is right behind KB as he nails KB with a big closeline in the corner. Brian then backs out as Krimzon is stumbling out and Brian hits KB with a reverse atomic drop. He then follows it up with a HUGE European uppercut taking KB off his feet as he goes for a cover and KB kicks out after a one count. Brian though is making sure he doesn't let Krimzon back to his feet as he's right on top of him raining rights and lefts.

Masters: Brian Blaze is doing the right think. He knows once Krimzon starts jumping around all over the place he's a hard guy to stop so this is what you have to do to stop that jumping bean.

Daniels: Brian is picking KB up and KB turns it into a school boy! This is it! 1......2......Brian gets out of it.

Masters: That clearly caused a scare to Brian as he then nails KB in the side of the head with a huge boot taking KB down again. Brian Blaze is now working that lower back of Krimzon dropping knees onto it. He then picks Krimzon up and hits him with a big time back breaker. Krimzon is really clutching his back as Brian goes to the outside of the ring and drags Krimzon with him. The referee begins to count as Brian takes KB and slams his back into the ring post. While still holding on to Krimzon he then hits him with a body slam onto the outside of the ring. Brian looks pleased.

Daniels: As he should he is in complete control right now. Brian then rolls back into the ring and then back out to break the count forcing the referee to start his count over again. KB is using the guard rail to help himself up as Brian then walks over and helps KB up and slams his back intot he guard rail. He then takes KB and slams him back first into the ring apron and rolls KB back into the ring. Brian quickly follows as he goes for the cover on KB. Ref counts 1....2.... KB gets that should up. Brian Blaze slams the mat in frustration as he takes KB and drags him into the center of the ring.

Masters: Brian looking to put more pressure and pain on to KB's lower back as he locks the Texas Cloverleaf on to KB and KB is in the middle of the ring a long ways away from the ropes.

Daniels: The referee is right there as he is checking on KB to see if he is going to give in. KB is in obvious pain as he is trying to get to the ropes. He is crawling but I don't know if he's going to make it I think this could be it for Krimzon. Krimzon continues to crawl he's so cloe to that bottom rope as Brian wisely walks dragging Krimzon withhim to the middle of the ring. He sits back down and is just bending Krimzon in half.

Masters: This is going to be it for Krimzon. He is far away he looks like he's going to pass out. Krimzon is going to use some strength he is pushing off the matt and he pushes Brian as Brian goes flying out of the ring through the bottom rope. Krimzon can use this time to recover and catch his breath as Brian is still on the outside of the ring.

Daniels: Krimzon miraculously out of no where gets Brian Blaze to go flying out of the ring but that could of used every last bit of strength to get out of that hold and now Krimzon is using the ropes to get back to his feet as Brian is back in the ring. Krimzon is on his feet as Brian runs towards Krimzon who is resting in the corner. Brian goes for the avalanche splash and Krimzon dodges and Brians face crashes off the top rope. Krimzon's back is to Brian as Brian stumbles backwards towards Krimzon and Krimzon hits the Pele Kick!

Masters: Brian is face first on the mat as Krimzon jumps to the top rope. He takes flight and nails a Shooting Star Leg Drop right across the back of Brian's head. The crowd is on their feet after witness such a beautiful move but Krimzon says he isn't done there! He's once again on the top rope perched there he turns and hits a corkscrew moonsault!

Daniels: KRIMZON BLAZE IS PULLING EVERYTHING OUT OF HIS BAG OF TRICKS! BRIAN HAS TO BE DONE!

Masters: Krimzon rolls Brian over as he goes for the cover. 1.......2.......3! He did it! Three!

Daniels: NO HE DIDN'T! The referee notices Brian got his right foot on the bottom rope. Brian may still be a bit woosy but he had the where with all to put his foot on that rope. The referee is going over to inform Krimzon this match is not over. Krimzon is in disbelief as Brian's foot is still on the bottom rope. Brian is slowly getting to his feet as Krimzon is on the apron on the opposite side of the ring. Brian is on his feet as he is standing by the corner and Krimzon hops off the top rope and takes flight......

Masters: HOLY SHI....

Daniels: Krimzon Blaze just flew from one side of the ring to the other and nails Brian with a HUGE Drop kick. We're told that is For You EP!

Masters: Brian is out cold. He took that kick right to the head as he is laid out. Krimzon is now calling for the end as he positions Brian in the right apot and jumps to the top rope. He then takes flight and He's going for W.T.F.K.B! That double rotation moon sault......

Daniels: Brian rolls out of the way!

Masters; Unbelievable Krimzon just landed on his feet. Brian is now on his feet thanks to the ropes as KB is notices and kicks Brian in the gut. He is lifting him up on his shoulders this coudl be the Kode of Silence!

Daniels: Brian is elbowing his way out of it. He gets behind KB and rolls him up into a school boy! He's grabbing the ropes for leverage but the referee doesn't see it! 1.....2..... KRIMZON STILL KICKS OUT! Masters: Amazing match! Brian is trying to pull this out no matter what and Krimzon is still not saying no! This is another amazing chapter in the great rivalry these two have had!

Daniels: Both men on their feet in a stand off as Krimzon with another kick to the gut. He grabs Brian could be going for a DDT but Brian rolls out and rolls up KB with a small package. 1.......2.............NO! Krimzon still kicks out. Krimzon now up as he slides under Brian and goes for a school boy 1.......2.......... NO! Brian now kicks out! Krimzon now going for a suplex but Brian blocks it. He then grabs the referee near him as Brian hits a low blow! The referee didn't see it because Brian dragged him towards the two men. Krimzon is down as the referee is giving a stern warning to Brian. Brian can't help but laugh as he looks over to Krimzon who is gone.

Masters: The referee distracted Brian and he didn't know KB rolled to the outside of the ring. This stern lecture could cost Brian this match!

Daniels: Brian is looking to see where Krimzon is and Krimzon takes flight springboard body splash off the top rope but Brian rolls through! He hooks the leg and grabs the tights! 1......2........3! Brian did it. It may not have been honorable but he did it!

Sexy Results begins to play as Krimzon is pleading with the ref over the pulled tights and Brian is just on his knees with his hands over his head. The ref is saying there is nothing he could do as he goes over and Raises Brian's hand.

Jessica: Here is your winner, Mr. Entertainment Brian Blaze!

Brian is up on his feet as is Krimzon. Brian looks at Krimzon and Krimzon is pissed. Brian goes up to him and seems to mouth the words I'm Sorry but you make me pull out all the stops. Brian then extends his hand as the two shake hands and embrace in the ring as Brian raises Krimzon's hand!

Daniels: A controversial win...

Masters: However a win is a win and Brian Blaze is moving on in this tournament.

Daniels: Wait what the hell is this. Ryan Shane, Allyson Thorn, Johnny Kerosene and the Bad Ass Matt Covey are all surrounding the ring. Brian and Krimzon are both looking around at the people on the outside as they then look at each other. Brian mouths the words are you ready to Krimzon as Krimzon nods his head yes. Brian then nods his as...... WHAT THE HELL!

Masters: BLAZE OF GLORY HAHAHAHAHA!

Daniels: Brian Blaze just hit Krimzon Blaze with the Blaze of Glory in the middle of the ring. Now everyone climbs into the ring as Johnny and Brian embrace with a big hug and Shane and Covey and Allyson are putting the boots to Krimzon Blaze.

Masters: I love it! A new movement is rising here in CZW as Matt Covey lifts Krimzon Up and nails him with Blowing Out Your Brains. This is awesome.

Daniels: This is disgusting! Ryan Shane is down on the mat talking shit to Krimzon as Johnny goes and grabs a flag from the old CZW days. Allyson is tying something around Krimzon's ankles as he is being raised and hung in the air by his ankles. Ryan then handcuffs the old CZW flag to Krimzon Blaze as the group is standing in front of a lifeless Krimzon Blaze hanign there with the CZW flag waving. Shane then takes a chair and hits the hanging Krimzon right in the head with it. he then throws the chair out of the ring as the group continues to pose digusting.

Masters: The boos are raining down and that isn't candy coming out of that pinata that is blood! A new force has come to CZW and big thigns are happening Krimzon Blaze you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time I love it!

Daniels: We'll hopefully get more on the next CZW as to the reasoning behind this until then good night everybody!
