cZw Assault kicks off as Assault's new theme song 'Out of My Way' by 'Seether' plays throughout the arena, along with masses of fireworks and cheers from the cZw Assault fans. GOLD: "Yes this is cZw ASSAULT...Hello ladies and Gentlemen and welcome to the first cZw Assault after the brand extension. We are live here at the sold out Rose Garden Arena in Portland, Oregon. I know you may not know me, but don't worry, you will. I am Ricky Gold and I will be the new Play by Play commentator for Assault. I am so excited about this, not only to work for cZw but to work with my partner in crime...The NEW Colour Commentator for Assault...He is the man who hates cameramen, he is well known for throwing his furniture through office block windows...He is all about the money...He is the former cZw Commissioner...MICHAEL K. FARLEY" Farley comes down to 'Money Money Money' as the fans mostly boo but a few loud cheers are heard as he is back in cZw. GOLD: "Here he is, the richest commentator in cZw history, Michael K. Farley" FARLEY: "Come on Portland...You can boo more than that can't you? Oh Ricky, how great it is to be back in cZw, you know how it is Rick, I am a busy man, a business man so I was out for a while to do some work but cZw was just too alluring to stay away from, so here I am, and your right, if any goddamn cameraman gets too close, it is not only this chair that will be thrown at him, I might just throw you at him too Gold" GOLD: "And I believe that too, I heard alot about you Michael but your not as bad as people make out" FARLEY: "Exactly, don't always listen to what others say. Now then, I know people would love to hear about me for the whole three hours were on air, but lets give some time for Assault" GOLD: "Your right Farley, this show is cracked up to be the greatest Assault ever. I know Warzone was a huge success Thursday night and Assault will not let cZw down" FARLEY:"Yeah, oh going back to me again, if you do want to find out more about the entrepeneur sex God that is I, the new autobiography called Farley is God is out in stores next month, so get it while you can people" GOLD: "Farley is God?" FARLEY: "Yeah, why you got a problem with it?" GOLD: "No Michael, just sounds abit familiar that's all" FARLEY: "Nothing familiar about my life Ricky, I can assure you that" GOLD: "Okay, anyway, Assault is here and here is what we have in store. It is going to be huge. We have one half of SCR against Charles Max. We have the Queen of Combat champion here against Cheyenne Kilgore, otherwise known as Angel, what a debut match for Angel, if she can pull an upset here, it could mean big things for her" FARLEY: "Yeah I will be watching that match...Very Closely" GOLD: "I bet you will, also Ruth, she will be watching it closely, of course waiting for the day she gets her re-match" FARLEY: "All true Mr Gold. Then there is match that involves revenge, rage and championship gold, you know all about GOLD right?" GOLD: "I sure do Farley, this match will not be pretty I bet you that, Tim of course has been seeking revenge on Big Nasty ever since it turned out Big Nasty had relations with Tim's ex" FARLEY: "Yes I remember her, in fact we shared a few moments in my office..." GOLD: "Yes, well before you get sued I think we should carry on" FARLEY: "Hey, it would not be the first time I have getting sued, but the match after that is my personal favourite, five men locked inside steel, that match will be uglier than watching a Jena Cyde exercise DVD" GOLD: "Yeah speaking of Jena, I heard rumours that she was pregnant, not only that but get this, I can hardly believe it, she states that that El Pablo is the father, just imagine what that kid will look like" FARLEY: "Yeah, you wouldn't know which end was the butt and which was the face. Anyway, on a brighter note, we have two of the fastest risings stars in cZw against each other tonight, Eric Collum and Gregory Grantham, what a match" GOLD: "Yeah, just some of the talent here on Sunday night Assault" FARLEY: "Yeah, well Michael K Farley is all the talent you need Ricky, anything after that is a bonus" GOLD:"That maybe true, if it is, what a bonus we have, the Television Title will be defended later on tonight, then a match that could very well happen again in the future, our main event non title match, Matt Stylez against Ronnie McNeil. Farley, you have had your encounters with Stylez right?" FARLEY: "I sure have, he was all apart of my master plan, true I angered alot of people doing what I did but it was his decision to turn on XTC, I was just the man who made it happen with style, like it or not...It is strictly BUSINESS" GOLD: "Wow, I have waited a long time to hear you say that line Farley" FARLEY: "You know what I have been waiting for?" GOLD: "What is that Mr Farley?" FARLEY: "Jessica Towers to come down, I was told she would be here with Assault tonight, I wanted to give her a special welcome" GOLD: "Look to your left partner, she is sitting right there" FARLEY: "Jessica...JESSICA" GOLD: "Oh wait a minute...You may have to wait a while longer because here comes with cZw Assault General manager...JESSE MONTANA" ( Jesse comes out to a mass of boos strecthing throughout the arena. Luckily for him 'For Whom the Bell Tolls' manages to drown them out as the fireworks blast off and Jesse is doing his usual posing. He walks down to the ring as he places his cowboy hat on one lucky fan, of course the fan throws it back in disgust which makes Jesse scowl. He climbs into the ring as another set of fireworks blast off, multicoloured ones as Jesse spins around with his arms wide out yelling to the fans. Now he grabs the microphone as he signals for his music to be stopped ) JESSE: "Oh yeah, the first Assault of the new era and who better to kick it off than yours truly...The Sensation...Jesse Montana. Now I have come a long way since I started here in cZw, true I may have not owned Championship Gold just yet, thanks to the much uglier, idiotic and damn right freak GM that is Alan Fiscus. No, I have not owned Gold, but now I own Assault, which means I own all the superstars on Assault, all the staff working on Assault, all the set, I even own ALL OF YOU" (Jesse points around the arena at the many fans who boo constistantly at the Assault GM) JESSE: "Oh how great that feels, not only that but being the boss of the now newest member of the commentary team, Michael K. Farley...Hey buddy. Now then, as much as I can talk about my achievements and success, hell I can talk all damn night but... CROWD: "BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" JESSE: "No, you should not do that now, you should respect your GM, I mean I am in control so if you lot carry on like that, I might just ask my security to throw you ALL outta here like the dogs that you are. Anyway, on a brighter note, Summer Showdown, now as much as I hate the idea of having all of you cretins make such important ideas, Imean it is even worse than leaving match decisions up to Alan Fiscus, but well, I can't have it all my way now can I, so Summer Showdown is all down to you. BUT...I am out here now to talk about ASSAULT and what an ASSAULT it is gonna be baby!!!" ( The crowd continue to boo at everything Jesse says ) JESSE: "Dammit, that was your key to cheer, oh well who am I kidding, you lot couldn't follow simple instructions if your lives depended on it. Now then, Upstarts are pleased to welcome out newest member Maynard O'Toole, he will of course be in action later tonight, but unfortunately I ended up getting X-Ellence in the draft too" CROWD: "X-ELLENCE...X-ELLENCE..." JESSE: "Oh shut your filthy diseased ridden mouths. Now then. I would like to also wish my good pal Mack Beaudin a get well soon message... CROWD: "BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" JESSE: "How dare you boo that man, he gave his... CROWD: "YOU PUSHED HIM...YOU PUSHED HIM..." JESSE: "What the? How could you say such a dreadful thing? Look, Upstarts have doe plenty of contraversial stuff, I admit that but never would we turn on one of our own...NEVER. No, Mack simply got a little too drunk and slipt, but he will be back,I just wish him a speedy recovery. Now then... "Suddenly, "Shut Me Up" interupts Montana, the fans bursting into cheers at the theme. And sure enough, "Special Ed" Covey steps out onto the stage, the fans exploding into cheers for their favorite mentally-challenged superstar. Montana cocks an eyebrow, glaring with cold eyes at the Warzone superstar. Ed waves to the crowd as he descends towards the ring, finally locking eyes with Montana. Ed waves towards the time keeper and is handed a microphone, before rolling into the ring. Montana: What the hell are you doing here, retard? Have you forgotten what show you belong to? Or did we drop you on your head hard enough at Massacre to finish the job your inbred parents started? Montana laughs at his own insult, but stops when he finds that Ed is grinning and nodding too. Special Ed: Actually, I've had something on my mind since that night, and I just couldn't go any longer without speaking my mind. Montana lowers his mic and clenches a fist, ready for anything. Special Ed: You see, I knew in the Team Warfare match, that something had gone wrong while I was wrestling Mack. And so I went back and watched the tape, and I sow how awkwardly he landed on his neck. And well, I can't help but feel it was my fault. So I'm actually here to apologize... Montana smirks again, before lifting his mic back to his face. Montana: You came here, to MY show, and interupted ME, for THAT?!? Incredible. I'm not sure if you've got balls, or if you're just dumber than cow shit. You think that matters to me? Ed looks to the crowd uneasily and then back at Montana, nodding. Montana: I got an idea, since you're apologizing for things. Why don't you apologize for that horrendous set of DVDs you made at the Upstarts expense? The fans begin to chant "Can You Get It Up-Starts" repeatedly, Ed grins as they do so. Special Ed: Well, I would. But honestly, I think it's funny. Montana: Oh you do? Well, you want to know what I think is funny? Ed glares at Montana like an innocent child, waiting for the answer, when suddenly Montana slaps the taste out of his mouth. The fans start to boo hysterically. "Missing Time" picks up over the arena now as Ed's cousin, Jigga C breaks out onto the stage, a microphone in hand. He makes his way to the ring with the quikness, sliding in and stepping between Ed and Montana. Jigga C: Whoa, boss man! What are you doing? My cuz comes out here, obviously upset with something he thinks is hisfault, and you just berate him and slap him around? That's not cool big man. Montana: Look here little wigger. You're on MY show now. And hopefully you got more braincells than your idiotic cousin here. If you leave the ring right now, you get a free pass. But only one. Jigga C: Wow. What a decision to make. And you know, I know you got some incredible back up and all, seeing as the Upstarts did own the Team Warfare event. And my math probably isn't as good as it once was, but last I checked... Jigga looks around the ring and the immediate arena. Jigga C: There seems to be one of you, and uh, two of us. Jigga drops his mic and takes his chain off, wrapping it around his fist.. Montana: Okay, so maybe you'r entire family is retarded. You guys just opened up the Pandora's Box and I'm about to... He is interupted once more as Flaw's "Only The Strong Survive" brings the arena to a hush, the music unknown to the crowd. The curtains suddenly part on the stage, a man with eyes as cold as Montana's stepping onto the stage. His hair is dark, his attire nothing more than a Dickie's work shirt and some faded denim jeans. A lit cigarette hangs from his lip, his stubble ridden face showing no emotion as he storms to the ring. Some of the crowd ignite as though they know who he is. Jigga and Ed suddenly begin to grow excited, waving the man on down to the ring as Montana continues to look confused. The man looks battle-worn and experienced as he makes his way into the ring, standing in the middle of Ed and Jigga. He grabs Ed's mic, glaring unshaken into Montana's eyes... ???: You want to call the Covey line a bunch of retards? Well, I'm really hoping you're reconsidering taking that back. Because you can't call the line retards without calling the "BAD ASS" MATT COVEY a retard too! The crowd erupts into cheers once more as the man has just revealed himself. Jigga's older brother and Ed's cousin, the formerly imprisoned third Covey. Montana begins to look uneasy. Bad Ass: And what did I tell you anyways? Montana relaxes a bit and just shrugs, smiling at Ed and Jigga. Bad Ass: I told you to keep your hands off'em. I'LL DEAL WITH'EM!!! Ed and Jigga's faces suddenly turn pale as Matt turns, nailing a stiff right in his own brother's face! Jigga drops to the mat as Ed reaches Matt. Matt turns around and kicks Ed fiercely in the gut before dropping him with a diamond cutter he calls the "Blow It Out Your Ass". The crowd begin booing once more, frothing at the mouths like rabid dogs. Montana smiles as Matt lifts his brother back to his feet, he shouts at his younger brother, a look of unbridled anger erupting from him. He then lifts Jigga completely up, holding him still where Montana delivers a "Montana Express" to Jigga's jaw. Matt kicks his family out of the ring, glaring over the ropes at them with a look of hatred that noone should have for their own kin. Montana pats him on the back, smiling from ear to ear. Montana: Somebody come down here and get this trash away from my ring. Hell, throw both their asses out of my building! I would like to formally introduce to the Assault roster, my new righthand man, the patriarch of the Covey family, "Bad Ass" Matt Covey! The crowd continue to hiss and boo frantically. Montana: So you guys are now on notice. You got a problem with the way I do things? You got a problem with me personaly? You take it up with this guy. Oh...and have a nice day. Montana's music plays as he and Matt Covey leave the ring, ascending back up the ramp to a chorus of dissapointed fans. FARLEY: "You know, Jesse reminds me of me, I could get to like this guy" GOLD: "What you fourty years ago?" FARLEY: "Watch it short stuff, I may be older than you but I can still bench press you, your parents and your damn pet dog, you got that?" GOLD: "I don't doubt that Farley, anyway, Jesse kicking the show off and Upstarts seem to be growing by the second, now with his own personal bodyguard" FARLEY: "Not only that, but a member of the Covey family, hell that family is more crazy than the damn Clintons" GOLD: "Well Assault has just kicked off but next, it is our first match of the night" **************************************************************** SINGLES MATCH Charles Max -VS- "The Rocker" Drew Scorpion **************************************************************** "Rock You Like a Hurricane" by the Infernus fills the arena and Drew Scorpion, one half of the number one contenders for the tag titles, comes out to a decent pop from the crowd. He makes his way to the ring, stopping long enough to high five the fans along the side of the ring. Once in the ring he poses in the middle of the ring. "I'm Comin" by Silkk the Shocker hits the PA, and out walks Charles Max. Max makes his way to the ring to an indifferent crowd. In the ring, Max gets patted down by the ref and he moves to a corner and waits on the bell. The bell sounds, and Scorpion wastes no time, attacking Max with a fury of punches and chops. Drew backs Charles to the ropes, and sends him across the ring. Max rebounds off the ropes, and Scorpion hit him with a Press Spinebuster Slam. Drew follows up on it with boots to the torso of Charles. Scorpion picks Charles up, and sets him up in a torture rack position, and connects with a Death Valley Driver. Scorpion climbs the ropes and attempts the Stage Dive, but Max is able to get out of the way, at the very last moment. Max climbs to his feet, at drags Scorpion to his feet, and hits him with a standing release side walk slam. Max goes to stomp Drew, but Drew catches his foot, and powers Max over onto his back. Drew hops up, picks Max up and drops him with a DDT. Scorpion goes for the pin. 1 - - - - - - - 2 - - - Kickout Drew quickly raises Charles up and Irish whips him into the turnbuckle. Drew walks over and sets Max up and executes the Rocker Dropper. Drew pins Charles with a lackadaisical pin to show off. 1 - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - Pinfall!!! Drew Scorpion win by Rocker Dropper. (3:49) **************************************************************** ***Scene switches as X-Ellence comes on the Combat Tron which cheers up the fans*** ( The scene shows all members of X-Ellence walking down the corridor, with their newest member Eric Collum. Allyson has her Queen of Combat Title around her shoulder as she prepares for her next match, Ronnie, Blaze, Kash and Eric also looking focussed as they cheer each other on, the fans giving thema huge reception as they watch them on the Combat Tron ) ***Scene switches to show the office of Jesse Montana*** Jesse Montana is sitting in his office, writing a few things down on some paper. There is a knock at his door. MONTANA: Come in... The door opens. A teenager walks in. He is wearing a pair of jeans and a button up shirt. MONTANA: Ummm, hello? The teen sits down. TEEN: Hey....I¢m Stephen Butler...I...I want a job! MONTANA: Ummm, OK. Why should I hire you though? BUTLER: Well, I¢ve admired you since you first started in CZW. I¢m a big Upstarts fan! And, I think you may need some help. If you¢ve got a match, you might need someone to take care of Assault. I can be that guy! MONTANA: Well, I¢ve got Waters to back me up... BUTLER: Yeah, but Waters wrestles just as much as you. Trust me, I will be very helpful. I¢ll listen to you...to every word you say! I really want this job, Jesse. MONTANA: OK, let me think about it. Stephen stands. He shakes Jesse¢s hand. MONTANA: Now then Matt, can you please escort Mr Butler out of my office.. Thankyou... **************************************************************** WOMEN'S NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH Allyson Thorn -VS- Angel **************************************************************** "Sweet Sacrifice" by "Evanescence" plays throughout the arena TOWERS: "Making her way to the ring, from Sin City, she is the QUEEN OF COMBAT CHAMPION...And a member of X-Ellence...ALLYSON THORN! ( Allyson comes out as the fans mostly cheer her, however some are chanting 'Ruth' obviously some Ruth fans who are upset she lost the belt. She makes her way to the ring as the fans try and reach out to touch her, then she climbs the apron and raises her Title belt into the air as the many fans chant her name. Now she awaits her opponent who makes her debut in cZw ) ( No music plays as she walks out ) TOWERS: "And her opponent, hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina, making her debut here in cZw...Cheyenne Kilgore...ANGEL! ( The fans not certain of what to make of her, apart from quite a few wolf whistles that echo around the arena. She looks focussed on the Queen of Combat as she stares at her while making her way down to the ring, not really acknowledging the fans, but more focussed on her opponent. She climbs into the ring as the two go face to face before the referee steps in to signal the start of the match ) ***DING DING*** - The match starts as both seem to be weary of the other, until the confident new Queen of Combat initiates the lock up, sending Angel back to the corner where she begins her assault, chopping her as she knocks the wid out of her breathe, then another before whipping her to the opposite corner, Angel bounces off as Allyson confidentally walks up, but ends up walking into a devastating DDT. Angel covers early. 1 - - - - - - - - - - 2 - - - - Kickout - Allyson kicks out comfortably but looks slightly stunned from the quick manouvre. Angelnow waitig for Allyson, the Queen of Combat Champion to rise, as she does Angel quickly hits a spear followed by several punches, many of them getting through the guard of Allyson. Angel now back up as many of the fans begin to cheer her on, she is focussed still on her opponent however though as she awaits Allyson to rise again, she does and again Angel comes towards her, Allyson notices this though as she goes to kick Angel, Angel catches her though then delivers a lovely Sit-Down Powerbomb...Again covering Allyson. 1 - - - - - - - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - - - Kickout- - Allyson kicks out, this time abit closer to the three count. Now Allyson is slow to get back up, meanwhile Angel does finally ackowledge the crowd as she leans over the top rope and smiles to the fans, Farley getting heavily excited by this, Gold commenting on how she has shocked a few people on her way to getting an upset over the Queen of Combat. Allyson now back up but instead of locking up with Angel, she rolls out of the ring as the fans give mixed reactions to this. - Allyson now has her breath back as she rolls back in, Angel comes straight at her but Allyson sweeps her legs then quickly hits an elbow drop down on the sternum of Angel. Now she rolls the newcomer over before locking in the dangerous STF. Now Angel starts to panic as her momentum drains and she feels the pain from the hold. She starts to bite her lip as Allyson continues to squeeze the life out of her. She reaches for the ropes, but to no success. - Now, after being in the hold for a while now it seems, starts to get back her momentum as she moves herself towards the bottom rope. Some of the fans on heavily on her side now as Angel reaches oncemore, this time she connects as the ref breaks up the hold. - Allyson now proves why she is the Champion as she pulls Angel back to the middle of the ring and begins to hit quick solid elbow drops on the back of Angel, then lifts her up and continues the pressure on the back area as she hits several forearms to her back. She whips her to the ropes, Angel looking slower, running into a monkey flip from Allyson as Angel flies across the ring landing onher back. Allyson runs over and goes for a cover. 1 - - - - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - - - Kickout - After a long two count Allyson picks Angel back up, chopping her across the chest again before pulling her opponent into a Samoan Drop, but Angel manages to slip off as she hits Allyson from behind with a Reverse DDT, then gets another quick cover. 1 - - - - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - - - Kickout - Another long count in the match as both women seem exhausted in the middle of the ring, mixed cheers from the crowd as both get to their feet, Allyson kicks Angel in the mid-section then throws her shoulder first right into the turnbuckle post, Angel cringes in pain as Allyson comes up from behind, but out of no where...LOVE IS A BITCHSLAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - No...Kickout - The whole arena is stunned, firstly from the fact Angel hit her finisher on the Queen of Combat, secondly because Allyson kicked out. The commentators are fullof praise for both women as Angel lifts Allyson back up, but Allyson out of no where...SPEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 - - - - - - - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - - - - - - Kickout - Both superstars are looking drained now, both with very close covers, but both still in it. Allyson and Angel both back up now, they start exchanging blows before Angel hits another DDT. She then looks towards the ropes as Allyson gets straight back up, Angel sprinboards off the ropes, however misses with her attack as Allyson ducks, Angel lands on her feet though, but slightly off balance as Allyson takes full advantage of the slight mistake, kicks her in the gut, then locks her into position...NAIL IN THE COFFIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 - - - - - - - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - - - - - - 3! - - - - - - - - - - - - PINFALL!!!!!!!!!!!! - As Allyson celebrates, the commentators appreciate the debut of Angel and the divas match they just witnessed. The fans love these two as Allyson continues to celebrate, holding up her Title high into the air. Suiddenly though her celebrations are stopped as two new Divas come out onto the ramp and make their way down to the ring, leaving the fans intrigued. They enters the ring, clapping Allyson as Angel looks on. Suddenly one of them ends up knocking Allyson down with a strong punch. Angel tries to help her out but gets taken down by the other, now both double team on Angel eventually hitting her in the face with Allyson's Queen of Combat Title Belt, knocking her out of the ring. Now Allyson is back up as they both beat her down, then again using her own Title belt to knock Allyson down. The fans boo as they both celebrate, holding the Title into the air and hugging each other. Suddenly there music plays as the unknown duo exits the ring having left their mark. Allyson Thorn wins via pinfall (8:42) **************************************************************** [COLOR=Khaki]FARLEY: "Wow, those two divas were damn feisty" GOLD: "Yeah and damn scavengers, attacking these two divas after their hellacious battle, wow, the Diva rankings hotting up here on cZw Assault" FARLEY: "Speaking of hotting up, Tim's ex was..." GOLD: "Look i know where you are going with this and I am not your taking the right route to get there, let me introduce it. yes, next we have the battle of two old friends, now enemies, battle dor retribution and cZw Gold,here it comes" FARLEY: "And Tim's ex...WOW" [/COLOR] **************************************************************** [B][COLOR=red]NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH (If Tim wins, he gets an Intercontinental Title shot, if Nasty wins, him and Derek get a shot at the Titles ) "The Living Legend" Big Nasty -VS- "The Hardcore Master" Tim Timmons [/COLOR][/B] **************************************************************** "Hells Bells" by AC/DC hits... TOWERS: Making his way to the ring, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada...accompanied by Mike King. He is one half of the CZW Tag Team champions...TIM TIMMONS! (Timmons walks to the ring...a smug look on his face. He has the Tag title draped over his shoulder.) "UDon¢t Know Me" by T.I. hits... TOWERS: Making his way to the ring, from South Beach, Florida...accompanied by Derek Damage. He is the CZW Intercontinental champion...BIG NASTY! (Nasty and Damage walk out, looking focused on a victory here.) *DING DING DING* -Timmons and Nasty stare at each other from opposing sides of the ring. They move in and lock up. Nasty overpowers Tim, nailing him with a stiff left hook. Tim recoils slightly, before rushing at Nasty. Nasty grabs Timmons, however, and slams him down with a powerslam. Nasty goes for the pinfall.... 1 - - - - - - - 2 - - - - - Kickout. -Nasty lifts Timmons to his feet. He whips him to the ropes. As Timmons returns, Nasty rushes at Tim...nailing him with a Big Boot. Nasty goes for another cover... 1 - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - Kickout... -Nasty looks down a Derek. Derek tells him to finish it! Then everyone enters... ***DING DING*** - The match starts with only four of the five men inside the cage. The crowd seem to love this match as many fans can be heard, mainly the chants are for X-Ellence's own Blaze and Kash. It doesn't take long for Vince and Kris to go at it, both laying into each other with lefts ad rights, neither men are backing up until Vince gets a quick kick into the mid-section of Kris, then a strong European Uppercut as Kash goes bouncing backwards,Vince then goes to whip Kash into the steel cage but Kash reverses as Vince goes head first into the mesh, bouncing himoff and onto the ground. - Meanwhile Blaze seems to be getting the upper hand on Jigga as he suplexes himto the floor, then climbs the top rope looking for one of his speciality aerial attacks, he dives off hitting a Corkscrew Moonsault early on in the match,goes for the cover but only gets a short two count. Jigga finally decides to get a win by climbing the cage, knowing that the other three men seem to be down and out... - BUT,out of no where Blaze is back up, climbs the turnbuckle and flies off horizontally across the face of the ring and hits a Pele Kick in mid air as both men crash to the ground, Jigga falling from the cage about 10 feet down. Kris now back up continues what Blaze started as he picks up Jigga, locking him up and hits a thunderous Spinebuster, one that would even make Arn proud. Now he looks around as he notices Vince beginning to rise. He walks up and starts hitting kick combos to the shin, the thigh and the sternam of Vince, then a swift kick to the gut, bounces off the ropes following it up with a perfectly sound STO. Vince is left as the last man standing at this point and the commentators pick him as the favourite to get this IC Title shot. - Kash goes towards the door as he orders the referee on the outside to open it, which he does, unlocking it as the rest of his opponents look on, not able to get up. The door is open but stragely the fans starts to boo loudly, Kash takes no notice though as he steps out, one foot on the apron as he is so close to victory. BUT... - Suddenly O'Toole is there,it was him the fans were booing at, the commentators scream in amazement as Maynard is back in this match, Jesse at the top of the ramp applauding him on as he grabs the steel cage door, then wraps it around the skull of Kash who falls back into the ring. Maynard walks up the steps and into the ring through the door as he orders the ref to lock it back up. Now, Maynard stands tall in the ring as the other four competitors seem to be worn down. - Jesse shouts orders to Maynard as he smiles, then picks up Kash who cut open now after that cage door shot. Maynard slams him back down with a powerful Powerbomb. Maynard is not done, now his attentions turn to Jigga C. He lifts himup with one hand, then presses him above his head as he throws Jigga at the side of the cage as his body meets the mesh steel, Jigga now down and out. Maynard now onto Vince who tries to mount a defense, hitting maynard with a few right hands, but he shakes them off, grabs Vince by the throat and throws him at the ropes, he bounces off as Maynard catches him hard with a knee lift to the face. That is not all, he picks him back up then plants him back down with a Full Nelson Slam. Last but not least, Blaze steps up, hitting a nicely timed dropkick which knocks Maynard back, then springboards off the ropes but unfortunately for him, Maynard catches him in mid-flight as he powers Blaze up into a gorilla press,then drops him back down onto his own knee as Blaze holds his ribs in anguish. Both men now up on top of the cage, both men handing out lefts and rights to each other as they both stand, desperately close to falling off, right at the top, both still laying into each other as both begin to tire. Now Jesse smiles as Maynard is back up, holding his back in pain, not only him but Vince and Jigga C are back up too, all three standing in the middle of the ring watching Blaze and Kash fight it out at the top. Nasty then climbs back out as Derek hands him over the IC Title which he shows off to the fans as he poses. Jesse wakes back up as he orders security to take them away, almost crying with pain. The lights in the arena go out and are replaced by multicolored flashing lasers and strobes. "Blow Me Away" by Breaking Benjamin hits the P.A. system and the fans jump to their feet. Eric Collum comes walking out onto the stage dressed for competition in short wrestling trunks, knee high wrestling boots, elbow and knee pads, and a T-shirt. He continues down the ramp, his eyes focused on the ring. He slaps the hands of the fans in the front rows before climbing the steel steps to the ring apron. He looks around the arena, and then steps between the middle and top ropes into the ring. He climbs to the middle turnbuckle in the nearest corner and plays to the crowd, inciting more and more cheers. He takes his T-shirt off and throws it into the sea of fans before climbing down from the turnbuckle. The lights return to normal and the music dies down as Eric waits in the middle of the ring. The ref calls for the bell, and both men meet in the middle of the ring. They tie up, and Greg overpowers Collum, forcing him back to a corner. The ref gets between the two men, calling for a break. It looks like it¢s going to be a clean break, but Grantham puts a thumb in the eye of Collum. The ref tries to chastise Greg, but he pushes the ref out of the way, and with the upper hand picks Collum up and executes a magnificent DDT. Collum falls to the mat in obvious pain. Grantham begins to put boots to Eric. Greg goes to pick Eric up, and Eric punches Greg in the stomach, causing Greg to double over. Collum capitalizes with a swinging neck breaker. Now it¢s Collum¢s turn to stomp Grantham. After a few stomps, Eric climbs the ropes to the top, leaps and connects with an Asai moonsault. Collum bounces off of Grantham, and crawls back over and goes for the pin. 1 - - - - - - 2 - - - - - - - - Kickout! Collum wastes no time arguing, and goes right into a reverse chin lock. Greg looks like he¢s fading, but somehow powers out of the hold and hits Collum with a short-arm clothesline in desperation. Grantham makes it to his feet, and picks Collum up by his hair. Greg sends Eric into the ropes and on the rebound catches Collum with a devastating spinebuster. Grantham drops a elbow on Collum and picks him up again, kicks him in the gut, and powerbombs Collum almost through the mat. The fans are quickly getting behind Ronnie who doesn't really otice them, he seems focussed on his opponent. They lock up, Matt twisting the left arm of Ronnie around, then putting pressure on the wrist, Ronnie seems stuck for a moment until he twists out of it, then locks in a hammerlock on Matt. Matt dances around abit trying to find a escape, then falls back on a elbow to the face of Ronnie making Ronnie step backwards, holding his jaw in pain, giving Matt the time to springboard off the ropes aiming for a flying elbow, Ronnie quickly counters this as he slams Matt down with a release German Suplex sending Matt flying out of the ring under the bottom rope. - Matt looks up, a sense of shock on his face as the speed of Ronnie's last counter. Ronnie leans on the ropes, a smug smile across his face as the fas cheer him on. Matt scowls, seeming to have lost his cool, now slides back ito the ring and goes for a spear, Ronnie dodges though as Matt flies straight back out of the ring on the opposite side. Matt looks up again, his face turning red. Ronnie laughs as he claps his hands, firmly intending to get into the mind of Matt, which seems to have worked as Matt slams his fists down on the guardrail, making a few of the fans jump ion surprisement. Matt turs around, he seesm to have an evil look in his eyes, Ronnie continues to stay in the mind of Matt, now bouncing up and down like a victorious boxer, Matt looks enraged though. - Matt climbs back in but Ronnie is quick on the attack, rolling Matt up neat side roll, Matt kicking out at one though in frustration. Matt is back up but Ronnie is already there, hits Matt with a hip toss, Matt back up but walks straight into a Fireman's Carry. The fas are loving this as Matt stays down this time, Ronnie goes over as he bends down, Matt poking the right eye of Ronnie as Matt gets up, obviously with something in mind, Ronnie unable to see clearly...HIGH STYLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the arena shocked as Matt hit his finisher out of no where. Ronnie is still dow on the floor as Matt lifts him back up, hitting cross chops on Ronnie, sending him back to the corner, then laying into him with furious kicks to the mid-section. Matt not stopping as he hits lefts and rights to the jaw of Ronnie, the only thing stopping Matt is the referee who prises him off the attack, but Matt shrugs him off, goes back and grabs Ronnie, pulls him out from the corner...POWERBOMB INTO THE CORNER POST!!!!!!!!!! - Ronnie's head bounces off the turnbuckle as the powerbomb got hit with huge impact. Matt does not go for the cover though, Matt just pouces over the body of Ronnie, now sitting over him, then starts laying more vicious shots to the head of Ronnie, getting through the guard block Ronnie mounts, now the referee having to literally pull Matt off as Ronnie seems to be hurt. Matt runs towards the ropes...LIONSAULT...Landing with his knees awkwardly in the face of Ronnie...He covers. ONE - - - - - - - - - - - TWO - - - - - - - - - - - - KICKOUT - Ronnie gets a weak kickout as the fans cheer, but with hesitation as Ronnie seems to be hurt. The referee checks on the Franchise but Matt gives him no room, as he pushes the referee out of the way and grabs Ronnie in a modified sleeper chokehold, with his legs wrapped around his prey like some sort of python or something. Ronnie is struggling to breathe as the referee checks on whether or ot the choke is legal, meanwhile Matt continues to apply pressure to the hold, Ronnie losing consiousness. The referee finally tells Matt to break the hold but Matt leaves it another few seconds to do so. He throws Ronnie off him and gets up to yell at the ref. The fans at this point are silenced as Matt looks around with a dry smile, his eyes piercing. Matt walks back towards Ronnie slowly, stalking his prey... - Matt picks Ronnie up and slings him towards the ropes, Ronnie bounces off, still not completely in the zone, Matt hits a snap toe hold as Ronnie lands directly on his face. Matt stomps on Ronnie a few times but Ronnie seems to be motionless at this point. Matt notices this, looks to be thinking of what to do, suddenly, a smile comes across his face as he kicks Ronnie out of the ring, then climbs out, following him to the destination. - Matt goes towards the steps,moves the top step off as he slings it across the front of the commentary desk. He then notices Farley sitting commentating as the two share a moment, both looking at each other, Matt looks to be staring with anger while Farley seems to have a slight smirk on his face. Finally Matt turns around going back to his opponent. - Matt kicks Ronnie in the gut as he places his had around the back of his head, almost pulling him towars the steps. Ronnie manages to mount some sort of resistance as he pushes Matt off, then a right fist, Matt ducks it though as he knees Ronnie low down, too low down but the referee seemed to have missed it. Matt then suddenly hits a Snap Suplex on the concrete floor.. Ronnie's back bouncing off as he squints in pain. - Matt looks back towards the bottom step that has been exposed. He has a sinister look in his face now as he drags the lifeless body of Ronnie inches nearer, towards the step. The fans boo in anger as Matt just laughs it off. The referee tries to get in his way but Matt again shrugs him off. Now, Ronnie is desperately close to the step as still, he seems to have no motion. Matt picks him up, then climbs the step with Ronnie in grasp. Matt now has Ronnie in between his legs, he lifts Ronnie up as the crowd hiss in disgust. Matt is going for a Piledriver...ON THE STEEL STEPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RONNIE REVERSES!!!!!!!!!!! - Ronnie finally finds some momentum as he hits a backdrop on Matt as he lands heavily on the concrete floor. The fans light up as they cheer Ronnie on, now steps down from the steel step as he grabs Matt and hits a thunderous CAPTURE SUPLEX ONTO THE STEEL STEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CROWD: "HOLY SHIT...HOLY SHIT...HOLY SHIT...HOLY SHIT" - Matt crashes into the bottom step as his back bounces off causing a huge loud echo throughout the arena. Ronnie even looks abit concerned after that move as Matt screams in pain. But the fans love it as they chant Ronnie's name. Ronnie picks Matt up but he cannot, meaning Ronnie has to lift him up and place into the ring. He does just that then covers... ONE - - - - - - - - - - -

THREE!!!!!!!!! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NO...MATT HAS HIS FOOT ON THE ROPES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Ronnie rolls back as he places his head in his hands. Matt is still in this match, but barely. Ronnie makes his way up, holding onto the ropes as he falls back to the ground next to Matt, locking in a submission...TRIANGLE CHOKE HOLD. - Matt is edging slowly towards the ropes, stretching his legs out trying to find the bottom rope, trying desperately to catch it, but Ronie has it locked in. Matt now is having his energy drained completely as the fans cheer on, knowing it could be over anytime now. Matt's movements are beginning to fade as Ronnie pressurises even more. The referee is forced to check on matt who makes no sound. Now, the referee counts Matt out for the three cout as he lifts his left arm up... - - - - - - -
IT DROPS... ONE - The referee does this again as the fans are on the edge of their seats.... - - - - - - - - - - - IT DROPS... TWO - Ronnie can taste victory now as Matt still has made no movement. The referee goes for the final count... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - IT DROPS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NO...MATT IS ALIVE...MATT IS ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Matt shows his energy now as his arm waves around, now pulling himself towards the ropes as his mometum is up high, much to the disgust of most of the fans. Ronnie starts to lose grip as Matt finds the bottom rope with his feet. The hold is forced off as Matt is free. - Ronnie does not let this break his concentration as he lifts Matt up and lays a few right fists on him, sending him towards the corner. Ronnie hits a few shoulder thrusts upon Matt who is still in pain from the damaging Capture Suplex. ( A replay is shown of Matt crashing back first into the steel step as the fans cheer ) - Ronnie climbs the ropes as the fans cheer him on, now striking Matt, as every strike Ronnie lands the fans cheer on with him. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight...NO...Matt with another low blow!!! - This time the referee catches himred handed as he warns Matt, but Matt just laughs at him as he knows it is no disqualification. Matt then climbs up to the second rope as Ronnie is still standing above him, now Matt picks Ronnie up...SUPER POWERBOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - The whole arena makes a ruckus of boos as Matt cheats again. Now though Ronnie is down and looks to be out, though Matt stays on the second rope, in fact he climbs right to the top as he has Ronnie, who is layed out in the center of the ring, in sight...THRILL KILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Ronnie somehow moves though MATT CRASHES AND BURNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Both men are now out in the middle of the ring, as the referee starts to count them down. He reaches a five count and stil their is no mevement....SIX...NO MOVEMENT...Finally at seven Matt starts to move, followed by Ronie, but Matt is up first at the eight count, Ronnie quickly behind himthough as Matt flies in with a kick to the mid-section, Ronnie catches his leg, Matt however spins around hitting a modified ensuiguri. - Ronnie now back up as Matt goes for a kick again, Ronnie catches his leg again, but this time takes him down with a Fisherman's Suplex...Gets a fast two count but Matt kicks out easily. Now, Ronie picks Matt back up, chops him, then again, irish whip as Matt runs off and bounces at pace...Rolls under a clothesline attempt, frombehind he snaps Ronnie down with a neckbreaker. He covers but again only a short two count is all that he gets. - Both men back up, both trading rights and lefts before Matt gets the advantage, whips Ronnie into the ropes, he comes back...Matt grabs Ronnie in a sleeper hold as Ronnie quickly falls down to one knee. Ronnie now getting all his mometum and strength taken away from him, but the fans are loud, Ronnie seems intense, he stands back up,now elbows to the gut as Matt loses his grip, Ronnie takes matt down with a Russian Leg Sweep...Then rolls through as the whole arena knows what he is trying...But Matt counters as he pushes Ronnie off into the ropes, he comes back and Matt hits a back body drop, but some how Ronnie lands on his feet, his athletism is amazing, Matt turns around... FLAWLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUT OF NO WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ronnie McNeil wins via pinfall (14:12) **************************************************************** As Ronnie is celebrating, Upstarts again make another appearance as they jump Ronnie, Jesse, maynard, Gregory,Shawn and Matt Covey, all getting a piece of the X-Ellence leader. the attack is dispicable as Ronnie is left in a pool of blood as he rolls out of the ring. Jesse grabs the microphone as he grunts down the mic trying to get his breath back. Jesse: "Oh yeah, Upstarts are on top of the World. Wemay of had a set back as our own Mack Beaudin had a horrific accident, but ow we are stronger than ever...Maynard O'Toole...Gregory Grantham...Shawn Waters and Jesse Montana...We are unbeatable, everything we have said we have done, we have the power and no one will stop that,not even X-Ellence" ( The fans are almost rioting with anger as Ronnie lies on the outside of the ring coughing up blood. Upstarts in the ring celebrating ) Jesse: "Now then, to mark my sign of gratitude, to our two new members, Maynard and Gregory, I am going to give them a chance of a lifetime. You see, next week is the five man elimination match,the winner gets a shot at the greatest prize in wrestling...cZw World Heavyweight Title. Of course, Mack Beaudin is going to be out of that match, so what I suggest is this, it will be now, a Four Man Battle Royal, myself, Shawn, Tim and Mike...However, Maynard...Gregory, you two will pit against each other, our two newest recruits, the winner of that will face the winner of the Four Man Battle Royal....Then the winner of that will finally recieve what they have always wanted...A shot at the Champ for that Gold. How about that?" ( Maynard and Gregory both slap Jesse on the back as they thank him, the fans now making a deaphening booing sound echoing throughout the arena ) Jesse: "Oh be quiet you bunch of mutants..." Suddenly, Jesse is interrupted. Walk Idiot Walk" plays as J.C. Mason makes his way onto the ramp once again, as the fans get excited about the arrival of Mr Mason. He lifts a microphone upto his mouth as he begins to speak.. The fans still cheering though. Mason: "Thank you...Thank you very much. Now, as you all maybe expecting me to make some announcement regarding our upcoming Pay-Per-View Summer Showdown, I am in actual fact not going to do that" ( Crowd starts to boo as Mason smiles ) Mason: "Wow, tough crowd. Anyway, I am here to make an announcement however, in fact, you could say this announcement will change cZw for ever" ( Crowd suddenly stops booing ad starts to cheer loudly ) Mason: "That is better. Now then, Jesse Montana. Wow, your quite obviously loved around here aren't you. Anyway, I happened to notice how your Upstarts seem to have gained a few more members and I welcome that, you are truly building your own army, well congratulations. BUT...I have what may be considered...Some bad news for you Jesse" ( Crowd chants 'FIRE HIM...FIRE HIM...FIRE HIM' ) Mason: "Yeah truly loved. Anyway, I have to disappoint you lot here in Portland, I have not got the power to fire Jesse, however, I do have the power to make some other changes around cZw" Jesse: "Look, you come out here, you interrupt me and my teamin doing our business, who the hell do you think you are? Your just a damn messanger, so would you do your damn job properly you little twirp and make your boring announcement before I come down there and whip your ass all over Portland" Mason: "Patience my friend. But just for that ourtburst, I am gonna make this announcement with a smile on my face. You see, one of your Upstarts, well, I am afraid Jesse they are going to have to...GET DRAFTED!!!" Jesse: "What the hell are you talking about, drafts aren't until months away, get the hell out of MY arena jackass" Mason: "Oh don't worry, I will leave shortly, I just have to tell you this first. Due to a Company Board of Directors decision in a recent meeting, the Television Championship title that is currently held by Shawn Waters on Assault, it is goig to be transferred over to Warzone where Shawn Waters will remain UNTIL he loses his TV Title..." Jesse: "What? What kind of decision is that? Look you better be joking or I wil..." Mason: "I am deadly serious. Now, here is the good news for you Jesse, your show Assault, it will be having a new creation, a new Championship belt which will be fought for by cZw superstars at Summer Showdown, it will be the cZw Hardcore Title, so don't feel too left out" Jesse: "Look I don't give a crap about the Hardcore Title or whatever it is, Shawn Waters is in Upstarts and he is staying here, so why don't you get out of here before I have you thrown out" Mason: "You are mistaken my friend, everything i said will happen or you will be fired fromyour position as Assault GM, now about me getting taken out of here, that is where your mistaken once again, for it is you that will be taken out of here...You see, investigations show a certain evidence in a recent case, I cannot mention details but all you have to know Jesse is....Your the one to be taken out...Get him boys" ( Jesse and the rest of Upstarts are livid inside the ring as several policemen come down to the ring and escort Jesse out, he tries to resist but in the end, they take him away, leaving Shawn, Maynard, Gregory and Matt Covey in the ring, as they turn around the fans give an almighty cheer...Ronnie, Blaze, Kash and Eric are there...They all fight as X-Ellence quickly gets the upperhand as they clear the ring, the fans chanting X-Ellence as they celebrate ending off the show ) [COLOR=Khaki]GOLD: "Wow, some huge announcements here tonight, Upstarts were having a great day, first gaining a new bodyguard, then gaining Gregory, then getting the better of X-Ellence, but Mr Mason destroyed all of that as he announced that Warzone will have the TV Title along with the current TV Champion, Shawn Waters. Assault will have a new title, apparently a Hardcore style belt, but then...JESSE GOT ARRESTED?" FARLEY: "Absolutely, I have had my fair run ins with the law and it ain't pretty, Upstarts day has gone from top to bottom and Assault is up and running" GOLD: "Not only up and running it has been a phenomenal start, all answers will be given next week...HOPEFULLY" FARLEY: "Yeah, from the richest commentator alive along with Mr Gold himself, this has been cZw Assault...Good night Portland" [/COLOR] Assault ends with 'Out of My Way' once again playing in the background [B]By Jesse Montana [/B] **************************************************************** * cZw! *
